We started in Naigaon because we live here, and we kept the same rule as we grew: only recommend a home we’d be comfortable explaining to family.
What we do
We help families buy, rent and sell homes across Naigaon, Vasai, Virar and the Western suburbs. Most of our buyers are moving for the first time or upgrading from a smaller flat, and most of our work happens before anyone visits a site: understanding the brief, checking RERA and approvals, and asking developers the questions that don’t make it into brochures.
How we’re paid
On new projects the developer pays our fee. On resale and rentals the fee is agreed in writing before any visit. You never pay to browse, enquire or get advice.
